SWA Annual Open Exhibition 2024

The Society of Women Artists will be presenting a stunning collection of original art works from some of the finest women artists working today in the UK and beyond at the prestigious Mall Galleries, June 25th – 29th.

This is a fabulous opportunity to see over 450 works, from members and non-members: oil painting, watercolours, drawings, etchings, lithographs, screen prints, sculpture, ceramics, portraiture, landscapes, with a rich balance of large and small pieces, abstract and figurative, traditional and quirky.

Many of the artists regularly exhibit at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, The Royal Society of Sculptors, The Royal West of England Academy, the Royal Society of Oil Painters, the Royal Society of Painters in Water Colours, the Royal Watercolour Society, the New English Art Club, the Federation of British Artists to name but a few.

Fifteen awards will be presented to selected artists, donated by the SWA’s generous sponsors and, as a visitor you can vote for your favourite work.

The exhibition will, as always, raise money for Breast Cancer Now and we look forward to welcoming guests to a special preview on evening on Tuesday 25th with wine, canapés and music with guest speaker Sarah Rollings, Headmistress of Heathfield School, Ascot. This special event will be celebrating and raising money for the SWA’s Young People’s Art Initiative fund.
