I am retired and have turned a hobby into making some money for charity namely WWF Polar Bears and Water Aid. I work mainly with cotton fabrics and lately with Harris Tweed wool cloth.
All the pictures are of British wildlife that visit all British gardens. I cut out different fabrics then piece them together to form appropriate wildlife mainly birds. It's the same for the landscapes and all have raw edges and are hand stitched or machine stitched.
The wall hangings are secured with a dowel ready to hang and some are framed in simple box frames but without any glass so that the textures are exposed and better appreciated. Each piece comes with a calico bag.
